Structured liquidity program

Also called: liquidity program

In one line

A recurring, company-run framework that gives employees regular, scheduled chances to sell some shares.

In plain English

Rather than one-off tenders, some mature private companies set up ongoing programs — annual or quarterly windows — so employees have predictable liquidity without an IPO.

If you were explaining it to a 5-year-old

The club promises a toy buy-back day every few months, so kids always know when they can next sell some toys.

Why it matters when you sell

If your company runs one, you can plan sales around known windows instead of chasing private buyers.
