Your email (and, if you provide it, the company, country and rough size of the equity you hold) when you request the toolkit, a checklist or an emailed resource; the figures you type into our on-page calculators (used in your browser to show a result); and basic, aggregated technical/usage data.
To send you the resource you asked for and, with your consent, occasional related updates you can unsubscribe from at any time (consent); to run and improve our free tools and guides (legitimate interests). We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your details with any buyer, investor or third party for a transaction.
We use service providers (website hosting, privacy-friendly analytics, and form and email delivery) under contract to operate the site and send the resources you request, and we disclose data to authorities only where legally required.
We keep data only as long as needed and to meet legal obligations. Under the GDPR you can access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data and object to processing, and complain to your data-protection authority. To exercise your rights, email hello@privatetechshares.com.
We use only strictly-necessary local storage (e.g. your theme choice) and set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. For visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-first, cookieless tool that reports aggregated data such as page views and referring sites, without cookies, fingerprinting or collecting personal data.

Paid toolkits are one-off digital products delivered by email or download at a fixed price shown at checkout. There are no listing, transaction or success fees of any kind. Payments are handled by our payment provider; consumer withdrawal rights may be limited once a digital product has been delivered, as disclosed at checkout.
